Problem, enquiry, themes and field.

Today in our Researching Literacies tutorial, we started to break down our over all research task discussing certain ideas introducing questions and themes. I have condensed my ideas forming a specific question for my research topic being:

"Through a students background and upbringing, can it effect their perception of understanding on studies and wellbeing as a whole?"

The inquiry aspect regarding the question typically revolves around the ideas of student well being and treatment throughout the course of their lives, various upbringings inflicting the individuals perception on life for instance peers and parents can trigger different emotional understandings on life. Themes such as class/socioeconomic status and social aspects typically contribute dearly to a student or individual effecting them both positively or negatively. Fields such as religion, art, sociology, education, gender studies, psychology, urban studies and geography play a major role in the question that I wish to break down and investigate in due time for my assignment.

The idea that inspired me to research this topic! Albert Bandura's Bobo Doll experiment come to mind when breaking down such a topic, this could possibly be incorporated in my research topic being a possible explanation.
